Once you approve your prototype, you'll move into production.
The production price you see on your factory bid is based off how many pieces you entered in your project under Production Requirements.
The production price you see on your factory bid are per piece, and it includes fabric, cut & sew labor, standard accessories, and a standard Care Instructions Label on your product. If you want custom labels or buttons, you can have them made locally and ship them to us in Italy so the factory can apply them to your product, or we can get you a quote to make them in Italy.
Typically the more pieces you produce, the price per unit is lower. These are called "volume discounts". For example, if you write in your Production Requirements that you want to produce 100 pieces, your price per unit may be $15. But if you write that you want to produce 400 pieces, your price per unit may be $12.
Once you approve your sample, you can let your account manager know how many pieces you want to make for your first production run, the number of pieces per size, and the number of pieces per color.
The production price you see is how much you will pay for your products in different sizes and colors. Plus, we'll send you a separate bill for the shipping and customs duties on the same production invoice.
