What is included in my sample invoice?

Your sample invoice includes the cost of your product sample, and oftentimes, the pattern making cost. For all orders, including samples and production, 100% payment is due upfront upon receipt of the invoice before the factory starts working on the order.

The product sample cost includes: 

• Materials (fabric)
• Cut and sew labor
• Standard trims if requested (zipper, button, lining, etc)
• Standard care instruction label (without your logo). 

The total sample price is the cost of one physical apparel product. 

The pattern making cost includes the cost to develop the sample pattern. You can request this pattern digitally anytime from your account manager. 

The sample invoice does not include the cost of shipping the sample to you. This cost will be billed you on a separate shipping invoice.
