Understanding International Sample Shipping
MakersValley manages the logistics of shipping of your sample orders from the factory in Italy to you, so you’re only responsible for paying your shipping invoices, which are available in your online MakersValley account.
The cost to ship your sample to you will depend on your destination address, delivery times (regular versus express), and weight and volume of the package your sample is shipped in. All samples ship with our MakersValley Shipping UPS partnership to more than 220 countries and territories.
Samples orders take 3-5 business days to quality check and process after the factory has finished them, before they are shipped. You can also message your account manager to request Express shipping.

What is included in my sample shipping cost
When we ship you your Italian-made sample, you will only have to pay for the Shipping fee, not Customs Duties fees. This is because the value of the goods inside the package we ship you is less than the minimum amount declared for Customs Duties fees to be assessed. Each country has their own minimum amount declared for Customs Duties fees and typically, for commercial apparel samples shipped from Italy, there are no Customs Duties fees assessed.
Where can I find my tracking information
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your sample order has shipped. You can also find your tracking information on your Mailroom tab in your design project.
What if my samples arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
If you receive a damaged or incorrect sample, contact email@example.com with your project number and description of the damaged sample with photos. We'll make sure you're taken care of.
