Can the MakersValley platform help me manage my shipping?

The MakersValley platform can help you manage the shipping of the following:

• Sample shipments
• Production order shipments
• Materials / fabrics / swatch books
• Customer reference samples and fabric/accessory samples

Here’s how:

Open your project and access all of your shipments from the Mailroom tab. This tab will appear only after your design project has matched.  Your account manager or factory partner will add design project shipments in the Mailroom tab so that you can easily track them. 

You can click the View Details button to view additional details about each shipment, including:

• Shipment Number
• Sender
• Shipment description
• Shipment date
• Shipping Courier
• UPS Tracking Code
• Status
