What happens if my products are damaged during shipping?

MakersValley ships all products worldwide via our MakersValley Shipping partnership with UPS Freight. Your products will travel by air or sea to arrive at your destination. MakersValley is not liable for goods in transport, however, if your products are damaged during shipping, please contact your account manager and send them photos of the damage. In some cases, we may be able to make a claim with UPS for the damaged goods. Alternatively, you may be able to make a claim for damages with your business liability insurance. We suggest checking with your insurance agent.
