How do I pay for the shipping of my production order?

Your account manager will invoice you separately for your production shipment once your products are complete, packed into boxes, and we know the exact volume and weight of the package(s). The production shipping cost is not included in your bid or production invoice. 

The production order shipping cost will depend on the volume and weight of the package(s) your production order is shipped in and other factors, like destination country, etc. 

To pay for your production order shipping invoice, log into your account, click on your project to open it, then click on Production, then click Invoices. You’ll also receive an email notification when your production shipping invoice is available in your account. 

MakersValley ships all products through our MakersValley Shipping partnership with UPS, from our quality control office in Naples, Italy. Your production orders will be shipped to the mailing address in your online profile. We do not offer drop shipping services.
