How do I arrange for the shipping of my production order?

Your account manager will arrange the shipment of your production order from Italy to your mailing address. You will receive an email notification that your production shipping invoice is ready and available in your account when the factory has finished production. 

Your production order will only be released for shipment once you’ve paid your production shipping invoice in full.  

To make sure you receive your production order, please check that your mailing address is correct in your profile. To update your address, click on your project from your account dashboard to open it, then click the Samples tab, then click on Shipping. Enter your address. Your address will automatically save after you enter it. 

You can also update your shipping information in your profile. From your account dashboard, click your circle photo icon on the top navigation bar, then click Account. Scroll down to the Shipping Address section and click Edit

We can ship your production order to 220 nations and territories in the world through our MakersValley Shipping partnership with UPS. If you’d like us to ship your production order to a warehouse, fulfillment center, office, or your home, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address for that location and send a message to your account manager with the contact person and phone number for the courier.
