What do I do after I receive my sample?

After you receive your sample, log back into your account and click the green button that says Mark Sample As Received:

Next, you’ll need to give your factory partner and account manager all of your feedback on the sample you just received. When you’re giving feedback, keep in mind that the sample should be perfect and exactly like you want it, because your approved sample will be exactly the same as your products in your production order. If there is anything you don’t like about your sample or are unsure about, be sure to write it in your sample feedback form. 

After you mark your sample as received on the platform, a feedback screen will pop up and it will ask you if you want to: 

  1. Approve your sample and start production. Once you select this option, message your account manager and let them know your final design production quantity. You can see your production price in the factory bid you approved which is accessible from your project overview: 

2. Make more samples in different sizes/colors. Choose this option if your sample is perfect and you are ready to order additional samples just like the one you received but in different sizes or colors. 

3. Redo your sample because it needs some changes to it. If the fabric or fit of your sample isn’t perfect, you may want to redo your sample. 

There is also a Comments section where you can write more details or anything you want the factory to know about the sample. 

After you give feedback on your sample, your account manager will reach out to you with the next steps.
