How can I let my manufacturer know about changes to my sample?
If you are not fully satisfied with your design sample, the best way to let your manufacturer know is to write sample feedback on the platform. From your account dashboard, click on your design project to open it, then click Mark Sample as Received. In the Comments box, write what you didn’t like or would like to change about the sample. It’s important to be as specific as possible since your manufacturer will factor your feedback into your next design sample.
Once you’re done entering your specific comments, click the Redo my sample button. Your account manager and manufacturer will be notified immediately and your account manager will reach out to you to clarify any changes to your second sample. Your account manager will also send you a new sample invoice based on your changes you requested.
