How do I arrange for the shipping of my sample from Italy to me?

Your account manager will arrange the shipment of your sample from Italy to your mailing address. You will receive an email notification that your sample shipping invoice is ready and available in your account. 

To make sure you receive your sample, please check that your mailing address is correct in your profile. To update your address, click on your project from your account dashboard, then click the Samples tab, then click on Shipping. Enter your address. Your address will automatically save after you enter it. 

You can also update your shipping information in your profile. From your account dashboard, click your circle photo icon on the top navigation bar, then click Account. Scroll down to the Shipping Address section and click Edit
